Understand the workflow
We discuss the people involved, the systems already in use and the result that matters first. For an existing product, we review the relevant code and dependencies before proposing a change.
Agree the work
Before implementation, we agree scope, responsibilities, cost, timing and acceptance checks. An integration includes the agreed behaviour when data is missing, an external service is unavailable or an operation is repeated.
Review the result
We show progress against the agreed scenario. Changes in scope are discussed separately rather than silently added to the original commitment.
Hand over and plan the next step
The agreed handover includes the source code, relevant instructions and acceptance results. Deployment and ongoing support are scoped for the project.
Working with a lead delivery team
An agency or product team can retain overall project ownership while we take responsibility for an agreed module. We define interfaces, review and acceptance arrangements, and communication with the end client before starting.
